Slotted HGs Empty Slotted HGs

well i just noticed that all slotted headgear quests/NPC are disabled.. hmm.. im suggesting that enable some slotted HGs.. like balloon hat.. Very Happy thnk you..

Particularly what slotted headgear quests/NPCs are you referring to besides Balloon Hat? Also, I know that Balloon Hat is not a quest, it is normally a cash item.
