Gunner's Delay

The Gunner's delay is slow even w/ 2 kiel's and they also have low hp so can you take off the delay for the gunner ? pls hahaha

yeah. carlitolibaba is right, the gunner sucks, the skill delay nerfed them a lot. so better lessen the skill delay for the gunner.
